I have tried this a couple times, and the first time I could not eat the whole pot since it was too spicy. Carl's chilli combo was a mix of Trinidad Congo, Trinidadian Bubblegum Seven and the infamous Naga Morich Ghost Chilli, plus the Fatalii Gourmet Jigsaw, Carolina Reaper and Trinidad Moruga Scorpion varieties. Give them a really thorough but gentle mix then cook, stirring carefully and occasionally, for 4-5 minutes. Just enough to heat the potatoes through again and allow all those incredible flavours to soak into them. Just don’t go too crazy stirring them or you could make them fall apart. I can't give an opinion on the flavour...I can't even say if there is any flavour, it's just very very spicy! Never again!
